It's so hard to sit here at work like always, gazing out the window at a wall of windows, and imagine the fire that's burning somewhere moderately near my house in San Diego.

We are all safe and at home again in San Diego.It was a tough few days but we seem to have made it through the worst. Unfortunately many people did not fare so well, but life will continue for all of us.
I am currently adrift in Chicago, Illinois. I have also lived in and blogged about Santa Barbara, California and Seville, Spain. Check out my archives!
